..so i’ve been delinquent with my posts.
stain on me. things are both becoming routine and somewhat random these days. more photographs, more engagements, more of everything…then of course the work. the school. the mother. an interesting balance that keeps me somewhat on edge — in a good way. i have HUNDREDS of photos to sort through and while logic tells me only four to seven (random numbers) will be useable, i am still procrastinating on getting them sorted.
i had to actually create a completely new sorting system for the photographs in general since there can be quite a few steps in between capture and publish. but i’m working on a way to cut those steps down. the more accurate the shot at the start, the less work that has to be done afterward to “correct” them.
they aren’t perfect, but they are pleasing to the eye. i have no complaints.
photographs aside, however, things are beginning to shape up nicely. its quite possible i’ll be going on some very very very important trips this year. africa and south america. i don’t want to type too many details because it seems whenever i discuss a trip out of excitement…something goes wrong. so i don’t want to jinx it; especially now that i won’t be going to new orleans at the end of october. i’m taking no chances…
..travel. necessary. it is my oxygen and its been far too long since i’ve last inhaled. i’m suffocating again.
